ROUSSOS is collaborating with a national architecture studio to find their next Principal Architect. This company is known for their project portfolio spanning health, aged care, retail, and commercial sectors. Working closely with the Directors you will implement mentorship and lead some of the most exciting and diverse projects across South Australia. This is a great opportunity to pursue projects that you believe will add commercial and design value to the practice.
The Role
As a Principal Architect you will assist in the long-term growth trajectory of the Adelaide studio. The opportunity exists to build and grow your team, enjoy the benefits of a global business, grow your client base with confidence and deliver award winning projects. As a natural leader, you will work closely with all staff in the office. This is a unique opportunity to refine design, be forward-thinking and outcome focused within a studio that is continuing to influence the market.
The ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have 10+ years of proven industry experience. With your passion for design, this role will give you the freedom to drive processes, develop the company brand and be yourself amongst creative minds. This is a client-facing position; therefore, the ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to form long-term connections with clients and colleagues. You will be joining a studio with a supportive leadership team and working alongside like-minded colleagues who are passionate about their work.
