The role
In this senior leadership role, you will provide guidance and mentorship to a team of dedicated electrical engineers and drafters, while working to deliver high quality and complex projects to tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
To be considered for this role, you will have 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer. Prior experience in the detailed design and leading of medium to large electrical building services or infrastructure engineering projects is highly desirable. You will possess a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, ideally with RPEQ Registration and have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian standards. You will have previous experience in leading a team, and have excellent communications skills, allowing you to manage stakeholder expectations through project delivery. Demonstrated experience with power distribution (LV and HV) will be required.

The role

- Lead, coordinate and participate at all stages of the design and delivery process on complex projects
- Provide technical leadership and coordination to engineers and designers
- Detailed design, documentation, and superintendence including project review
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and consultant team from concept through to project delivery
- Reporting, contract administration and quality audits
