With a growing portfolio, the team are looking to engage a driven Project Administrator, who is looking to broaden their skillset and knowledge across an exciting pipeline of projects.
The Role
With a key focus on providing a range of administrative and operations support across the entire business, your daily tasks will vary with no two days the same. As you work across a variety of projects, you will assist the team across the full project lifecycle to develop and manage detailed reports.
 You will take responsibility of an array of jobs including but not limited to:
  • Manage daily administrative functions of the project
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define outcomes and timelines
  • Collect and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes
  • Implement directions of senior management
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Manage and review project documentation and contracts
  • Oversee work performed by contractors and reporting on variations.
  • Assist Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
The Like Mind
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Project Administration working on construction projects with at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role. As a determined Administrator, you will assist in the delivery of the full cycle of projects. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history managing a range of administrative and operational responsibilities, as well as basic accounting practices including invoicing and accounts processing. Your open and honest communication style will see you collaborate effectively with the senior leadership team and flourish in this dynamic workplace.
