We are partnering with a prominent South Australian organisation delivering a generational infrastructure program that will transform a key precinct over the next 10–15 years. With a team of 130 and growing, they have attracted some of the most respected construction leaders to help deliver a program that is setting a new benchmark for innovation and complexity.
  
As part of continued growth, multiple Project Administrator opportunities have become available. These roles offer the chance to work in a high-performing team and gain exceptional exposure to large-scale project delivery from planning through to execution.
  
About the Role
  
Based in a vibrant CBD office, you will be part of a collaborative team of Project Administrators working closely with Project Directors and Senior Project Managers, as well as gaining direct, day-to-day exposure to key stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  
  • Providing high-level administrative support to project teams
  • Preparing, formatting, and managing project documentation and report
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and managing schedules
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new team members
  • Assisting with project governance, safety, and document control processes
  • Managing and maintaining project-specific SharePoint and Teams sites
  • Ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams and project phases
  
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment, is highly organised, and has strong interpersonal skills. You will be supported by clear 12-month development plans, allowing you to build your career within a growing and ambitious team.
  
About You
  
  • We are seeking individuals who bring:
  • Proven experience in a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator role, ideally in infrastructure or construction
  • High-level organisational and administrative skills
  • Confidence using systems such as MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong customer service mindset
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
  • Australian citizenship (required due to security clearance requirements)
