The Role
In your new role, you will work closely with the entire team to ensure the seamless coordination of projects and office operations. You will have a strong desire and passion to get the job done at the highest possible standard, this role will see you continuing to diversify and expand your knowledge in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Maintaining and preparing contract and site documentation, including project summaries and progress claims
  • Coordinating project invoices
  • Drafting subcontractor scope, stakeholder letters, and notices for delay
  • Assist with implementation of Quality Management system & related WHS processes
  • Document control - maintain a secure and orderly system for the retention of documentation
  • Maintain company compliance on client and government agency portals
  • Manage safety and incident reporting across the business
  • Liaising and managing relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Back-up assistance to the accounts team, across payroll, accounts payable & receivable

We are looking for an individual with strong communication, organisation, and time management skills, ensuring you are on top of the administration requirements for projects and the greater business. You will have previous experience in a general administration or project administration role within the construction industry. Knowledge of accounting practices and/or quality assurance will be highly regarded. You will enjoy working at a fast pace while moving between a range of different systems and processes that will keep you on your toes. Your attention to detail means you never miss a beat and your excellent communication both written and verbal will see you succeed in this role.
