We have partnered with a well-established company who hold over 25 years’ experience across comprehensive building maintenance solutions in the commercial construction industry, with a solid history of projects. This company has retained values and pride themselves on promoting work-life balance, client satisfaction and a collaborative team environment. They are looking to bring on a Project Administrator to provide a wide range of support to the project team. The Role
Reporting to the Project Managers and General Manager, you will manage a varied and busy workload with tasks ranging across project administration, HR, operations, and compliance.
 
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Assist the project managers with preparation of contract and site documentation
  • Work closely with the General Manager to manage site safety, including completing incident reports according to government guidelines
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with maintenance of the quality management system, along with related WHS processes
  • Upkeep of licences, inductions and clearances for employees
  • Managing onboarding and inductions for new starters
  • Manage company compliance & pre-qualification on government portals

The ideal candidate will demonstrate 3+ years' previous experience in a general administration or project administration role within the construction industry. You will have exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritise your time efficiently. Your communication skills will see you developing long lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. Above all, you will be passionate about supporting your team and strive to succeed in all aspects of your work.
