The Opportunity

Join a high‑performing project team delivering one of South Australia’s most significant infrastructure programs. This multi‑billion‑dollar precinct redevelopment will shape the state for decades, supported by a growing team of 130+ industry‑leading construction and engineering professionals.
As the program expands, we are seeking experienced Project Administrators to support delivery across planning, design, and construction phases.

The Role

Based in a modern CBD office, you’ll work alongside a collaborative group of Project Administrators and partner closely with Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, and technical specialists including engineers, architects, and contractors.
You will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly through effective communication, documentation, and governance support across multiple work streams.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing high‑quality administrative and coordination support to project teams
  • Preparing, formatting, and managing project documents, registers, and reports
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members
  • Supporting governance, compliance, and safety documentation processes
  • Managing project workflows across SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders

About You We are seeking professionals with:
  • Experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator, ideally within Tier 1 construction, civil infrastructure, engineering consultancy, mining, or oil & gas
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and document control capabilities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
  • A proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Australian citizenship (mandatory due to security clearance requirements)
