We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established team. With notable works delivered across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, health and industrial this role will see you contribute to the successful delivery of a key flagship mixed use commercial complex. The Role
The Project Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for various working groups, liaising between clients, architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required to be successful in this position. Demonstrated commercial building understanding and clear growth throughout your career as a Contract Administrator, Project Co-Ordinator, Design Co-Ordinator or Site Engineer for a solid duration will be highly regarded. Our client is seeking an individual who is technically minded, commercially astute, has a natural ability to identify design challenges, and is motivated to achieve success.

The Role

- Consistent and accurate assistance with the full project management lifecycle
- Supporting the coordination of planning and design stages
- Management of project scope definitions and coordination of design development
- Tender management with a strong focus on contracts administration
- Coordinating meetings with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Liaising with clients and project stakeholders
- Promoting and upholding a safe and WHS-compliant workplace
