The Role
  
They are searching for a Project Coordinator who will support the end-to-end delivery of their projects — from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with two highly experienced directors, you’ll gain exposure to contracts administration, scheduling, procurement, and on-site coordination.
  
This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, interface with clients and subcontractors, and develop the foundational skills to become a Project Manager within a short timeframe.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of projects
  • Supporting contract administration and documentation
  • Managing supplier and subcontractor communication
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, and site progress
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and delivery
  
The Like Mind
  
To be successful, you will have:
  • A tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a construction delivery environment
  • Solid organisational and communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
  • Interest in commercial fit-out or boutique structural work
