With a consistent pipeline of work and repeat clients, this contractor has built a reputation for quality delivery, professionalism and strong stakeholder relationships. Their projects typically range up to $15M and are known for being well structured, well resourced and professionally managed.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator ready to step into a key role supporting project delivery from procurement through to completion.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Role

- Managing subcontractor procurement, scopes and letting packages
- Preparing and administering head contracts and subcontracts
- Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
- Assessing and processing progress claims and variations
- Maintaining project documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting programme management and project milestones

You will have previous experience in a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role within the South Australian commercial construction market.

- Experience delivering medium scale commercial projects
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Confidence working with subcontractors and consultants
