The Role
Working closely with an amazing team your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractor procurement, scopes and package letting
- Preparing and administering head contracts and subcontracts
- Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
- Assessing and processing progress claims and variations
- Maintaining project documentation and compliance
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting programme management and key milestones

This builder is seeking a driven construction professional who is passionate about the industry and eager to continue developing their career on well-structured commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering or similar
- 2–3 years’ experience within commercial construction
- Exposure to medium to large commercial projects ($5M–$20M)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working with subcontractors, consultants and project teams
- A professional presence and the ability to represent the company well
- A genuine interest in construction and project delivery
