This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Coordinator who is eager to take the next step into Property Development as an Assistant Development Manager.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator seeking to expand their scope and develop a comprehensive understanding of the full development lifecycle, with a clear pathway toward a Development Manager position. You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative team, gaining valuable exposure across all project phases, from initial planning to final delivery.
The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the development process across multiple projects. You will be involved in project administration, reporting, stakeholder coordination and approvals, gaining hands-on experience with real impact.

- Supporting project delivery from feasibility to completion
- Managing documentation, reporting and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with development applications, authority approvals and consultant management
- Attending PCG meetings and contributing to project strategy and progress updates
- Supporting cost tracking, budgeting and contract administration
- Assisting in the final delivery and handover of completed projects

We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in property, construction or project coordination roles
- A genuine interest in progressing into development
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in property, construction management, planning, engineering, or similar
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges
