Project Director (Commercial and Landside Infrastructure)

The Role
As Project Director, you will provide executive leadership across capital works projects within Adelaide Airport’s expanding portfolio. You will take strategic ownership from feasibility and business case development through to procurement, construction and operational integration.

You will be an experienced infrastructure Project Delivery Manager with a proven track record delivering capital projects in complex operation environments.

- Overseeing commercial performance, risk management and program control
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships across all partners, government and regulators
- Ensuring seamless integration of works within live operational precinct environments
- Aligning project delivery with long term master planning and commercial objectives
You will be an experienced infrastructure Project Delivery Manager with a proven track record delivering capital projects in complex operation environments.
You will bring:
- Significant experience delivering large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in delivering portfolios and programs
- Strong commercial acumen and governance expertise
- Experience operating within live operational environments
- Exceptional executive level stakeholder management capability
- The ability to balance strategic vision with disciplined project execution
