The Role
As a Project Engineer, you'll work closely with Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers across the full lifecycle of civil projects. You'll take on key responsibilities, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate is a Project Engineer with experience in civil infrastructure projects, holding a relevant tertiary qualification. You should be comfortable managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating closely with both Project Management and Site Supervisors. This is an ideal role for a Project Engineer on the cusp of moving into a Senior Project Engineer looking for a clear pathway to Project Management while enjoying a supportive team, flexible work arrangements, and a Monday to Friday work week.

The Role

- Contributing to planning, coordination, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- Ensuring projects meet design, quality, and compliance requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders
- Supporting site teams and overseeing engineering activities
- Conducting Quality Assurance and WHS checks to ensure project safety and compliance
- Preparing project documentation including Work Method Statements and ITPs
- Taking on increasing responsibility in preparation for advancement to Project Manager
