Lead landmark projects and help shape Adelaide’s skyline at one of SA’s most respected design studios.
The Role
In this Project Lead role, you’ll work across a wide range of projects within the commercial, education, defence and health sectors. You’ll be managing multiple stakeholders, leading project teams and overseeing design delivery from early concept through to handover. Supported by senior leadership and integrated teams across architecture, interiors and BIM, you’ll be central in maintaining quality standards and driving design outcomes.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to stay close to design while building client relationships and mentoring junior team members. You’ll be given the tools, trust and flexibility to shape your own path.
About You
You’re a Registered Architect with 5 - 10 years’ experience in the local market and a strong mix of design and delivery capability. You’re confident running projects, coordinating consultants, and leading small teams while staying close to the detail. A strong communicator, you enjoy fostering positive client relationships and keeping momentum through every project phase.

- Australian Architecture Registration.
- Proven project experience on projects of $20M+
- Proficiency in Revit and confidence navigating CAD platforms.
- Strong design thinking and technical documentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
