We have partnered with an established local design studio to source an experienced Project Leader, in an exciting time of development. Already a key leader, this knowledge-driven studio has plans to further elevate themselves in creating impactful and functional designs. In your new role as a Project Leader, you will lead a motivated team in delivering multifaceted projects, who are pushing boundaries to define themselves within the tier 1 space. This is an exceptional opportunity to produce immaculate designs within their team of Architects and Interior Designers!
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to mentor and develop teams across a range of complex projects from concept to completion. As you play a key role in the business strategy and development, you will have the opportunity to define yourself as an industry frontrunner. With a positive workplace culture supporting a growth mindset, you will be encouraged to voice your opinion when decision-making and push ideas to achieve development. Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to positioning and promoting this studio as an industry sector leader in South Australia.

We are ideally looking for an individual with previous experience in a Project Leadership role, who shows strong design skills, is well versed in Revit and has an ability to manage projects, teams, clients, and consultants. Someone with exceptional communication skills will thrive in this client facing and team management role. You will be truly passionate for executing outstanding outcomes and demonstrate a forward-thinking leadership approach to motivate and drive the team to success. Above all, we are looking for someone to represent this studio’s collaborative and service-oriented culture in all aspects of their role.
