The Role
In the role of Project Leader, you will work alongside a creative team of Architects and Designers, who work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes within the business. You will have a hands-on approach, leading and managing a range of medium to large scale projects from concept to delivery. A key part of your role will be liaising with various levels of management, to determine design issues and coordinate through design development and documentation.
The Like Mind
The successful candidate will be a Registered Architect with previous experience working within a leadership role. Great interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be required to manage projects, teams, clients, and consultants. Proficiency in Revit and CAD will be key, in addition to strong design skills and the ability to problem-solve. We are looking for a passionate Architect who is driven to motivate and lead the team towards success.
