We have partnered with an award-winning architecture and design studio in sourcing a Project Leader to take on a unique leadership role within the business. Delivering a variety of projects across the education, mixed-use, hospitality, residential and commercial sectors, this studio continues to push the boundaries and take an innovative approach to each project they endeavour. The studio Directors have built a team of knowledgeable professionals, whose diverse experience across a range of disciplines allow them to deliver outstanding service to each client. As big believers in supporting their staff personally and professionally, this studio offers ongoing training and professional development tailored to each employee.
  
The Role
Working on a range of high-profile projects, you will be hands on in your approach and supported in managing projects from concept to delivery - including design, consultant management and client liaison. A key part of your role will be liaising with various levels of management, to determine design issues and coordinate through design development and documentation. Offering variety and challenges you will be empowered to take ownership of the design process and outcome. Using your strong communication skills, you will be motivating a team of Architects and Designers and creating a positive working environment.
  
The Like Mind
It is essential that you are a registered Architect, however we are open to candidates who are new to leading the full lifecycle of projects and are ready to step up. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, leading by example and ensuring a high quality of documentation and successfully manage all project timelines. We’re looking for someone who is design savvy, can actively problem solve and be agile and flexible in all they do. Proficiency in Revit and CAD are a must, as is a positive communication style as you will be liaising with stakeholders, clients, and relevant parties to ensure project outcomes exceeds expectations.
