Delivering high quality works across the public and private sectors, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in the education, health, community, and residential realms. With a healthy pipeline of upcoming works, the team are now looking to engage an experienced Project Manager. We would love to hear from Project Managers with 5+ years in the commercial construction industry, and those who feel that they are ready to step up as a Senior Project Manager within a trusted mid-tier commercial builder.
  
The Role
As Project Manager, you will report through to the Senior Management Team. You will effectively manage Projects, whilst building strategic external relationships with clients and project partners. You will manage the budgeting, coordination, and programming of projects to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
  • Actively building strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
  • Co-ordinating with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining efficient and thorough documentation for effective contract administration and other project management support services

In this highly sought-after role, your in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, and ability to analyse and interpret drawings will see you play a key role in the early stages of Design & Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and Managing Contractor projects. As a resourceful leader and innovative thinker, you will challenge traditional assumptions, anticipate opportunities for improvement and solve problems creatively.
