With a strategic growth plan for the team here in SA, our client is now seeking a hardworking Project Manager!
The Role
Working on a variety of projects up to $5M, your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed in line with a proposed schedule. Your main duties will include responsibility for the full life cycle of project management including business case development, feasibility, planning, design, and delivery. You will have solid experience in contract administration and project management as this role will see you continuing to diversify and expand your knowledge in the industry.
The Like Mind
To be considered for this role, you will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, civil engineering, property, or quantity surveying. You will have experience working on commercial projects up to $5M and be confident in managing the full project lifecycle. Effective communication skills are essential, as the role will involve liaising regularly with company management and the coordination of subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
