Together, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join this industry leader, you'll play a pivotal role in a $60M not-profit commercial housing project. With over 40 years of experience across commercial, residential, industrial, and more, this company is renowned for surpassing client expectations and fostering a balanced, growth-oriented culture.
The Role
With a diverse portfolio of complex projects, you will work in a variety of industries, including commercial and residential high-rise, industrial, sporting, health, government, retail, education, and tourist. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the quality of work done and ensuring the safety of everyone on-site and involved in the process. You will maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and staff in order to establish professional relationships and ensure that projects are completed in accordance with the client's original specifications and on schedule. To produce successful projects, you will need to successfully organise resources, manage the timeline, stay within budget, and resolve any difficulties that arise during the process.

To be considered for the position, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, proven construction delivery experience in the Australian market, and a minimum of 7 years working as a Project Manager across commercial, health and / or industrial sectors up to $50M.
