ROUSSOS is proud to partnering with a national engineering firm, known as specialists in urban design and land development, delivering large-scale master planned communities and subdivisions. Our client is a people-centric business that is proudly owned by the people who work in it. They have a proud history of delivering projects of a significant scale and complexity for over 35 years and have grown to a team of 400 nationally. They are now looking to engage a motivated Project Manager to join their team, this is an opportunity to receive support from the Senior Associate who has been with the company for 10 years and together contribute to the company’s overall growth.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will be working with designers and civil engineers to bring to life complex land division and master planned communities right through design and construction phases.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will have established client facing experience delivering land division projects and associated infrastructure. The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills to achieve anticipated outcomes and maintain positive working relationships. Additionally, they should exhibit excellent administrative skills, with a focus on driving accuracy and process improvement. A passion for teamwork and collaboration, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects, is essential.

The Role

- Primary point of contact for the client through the project lifecycle, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed and resolved.
- Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external
- Preparing tender and contract documentation
- Collaborating in the design approval process
- Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues
