With over 60 years of excellence, this organisation has consistently delivered award-winning projects spanning across office, hospitality, health, aged care, retail, residential, and education sectors.
 
We are sourcing a Project Manager who will contribute to the delivery of developments valued from $5M to $30M. Your first project? Leading the a significant development valued at $30 to $40M+ that promises to leave its mark on SA. Locally, this contractor has grown a knowledgeable and passionate team of 50 professionals, who are recognised for developing lasting relationships with subcontractors and ongoing clients.
  
The Role
This is an opportunity to build up your expertise, so you are able to successfully deliver projects valued over $20M. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed in line with budgets and schedules
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
  • Manage, monitor and report on project budget, risks, milestones, and records management 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and consultant
The Like Mind
To be successful in this role you will possess the following;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, delivering commercial projects up to $5M
  • Experience delivering sporting or industrial projects will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills
Ultimately, you will be an ambitious individual, eager to expand your Project Management experience through a diverse project pipeline. Demonstrated experience across contracts administration will be highly regarded.
