ROUSSOS has partnered with a highly respected South Australian commercial contractor to source an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects valued between $5M - 20M across a variety of different sectors. The organisation has grown within the state specialising in commercial, community, educational, industrial, urban, architectural finishes and civil works. With a strong focus on culture and their people, you will find yourself working closely with a supportive, innovative leadership team who are big on collaboration and look after their team and clients.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take the lead on key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed in line with budgets and schedules
- Maintain strong and effective communication with key stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
- Manage, monitor and report on project budget, risks, milestones, and records management
- Undertake site inspections and maintaining HSEQ standards
- Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership and the identification of risks
To be successful in this role you will posses the following;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of Project Management experience, delivering commercial projects up to $5M
- Excellent organisation and people management skills, as well as the ability to communicate and work closely with various key stakeholders
