We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join an Adelaide construction company with over 100 years of experience behind them. Their commendable approach to building relationships and understanding their clients is what gives them a point of difference that ensures they excel in the market. With a variety of repeat clientele and varying projects, they have created a successful brand by committing their business to healthy and lasting relationships. With the acquisition of more projects and further growth within the business, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their vibrant and hardworking team.
The Role
Working on projects up to $50M, your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, subcontractors and staff and ensuring projects are completed in line with a proposed schedule. You will ensure the quality, budget and time constraints are all effectively managed, whilst also identifying and solving any issues that arise. You will maintain effective communication with site personnel, subcontractors and clients to ensure professional and cooperative relationships are maintained at all times.
The Like Mind
You will have worked on commercial projects between $10million-$15 and will be confident in managing full project life cycles. You will have completed a variety of works over different sectors and are comfortable with projects that are, at times, technically challenging. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and extensive knowledge in building materials, communication, methodology and strong time management.
