Projects are predominantly townhouse and apartment developments in high-street inner-suburban locations, underpinned by smart design, sustainability, and buildability. You'll be part of a business known for delivering on its projects, and its promises, within a fun, fresh and collaborative office environment.
This opportunity is suited to a Project Manager who is eager to step into a more integrated developer-builder environment.
The Role
You will manage projects across the full development lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and delivery partners. With full control over design and construction, this role offers genuine influence over outcomes.

- Program, cost, and risk management from early design through to handover
- Driving quality, safety, and commercial performance
- Supporting innovative, sustainable, and accessible design outcomes

You will ideally bring:
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects $15M+
- Exposure to projects in the $20M-$40M range
- A desire to work within a fully integrated developer-builder
