The Role

As Project Manager, you will report through to the Senior Management Team. You will effectively manage Projects valued up to $30M, whilst building strategic external relationships with clients and project partners.

Your key responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to;
  • Manage projects from design phase to delivery, ensuring projects are completed in line with proposed budget and to scheduled timeline
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates and conflict resolution
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards as outlined in plans
  • Create and maintain project documentation and progress reports
  • Lead and manage project team with guidance, motivation, and support

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or in a related field
  • A proven background delivering new-build construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $5M+
  • A diligent approach to project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Solid programming experience and sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices 
As you will lead a range of people within a fast-paced environment, an excellent management skillset as well as negotiation and communication skills will be essential
