The Role
In your role as Project Manager, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors. Developing these relationships will be key to building your industry reputation and collaborating on future projects.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
To be successful in this role you will be a Project Manager with 3+ years’ experience in the local construction market managing commercial projects valued up to $5M. You will possess the relevant tertiary qualifications and be commercially astute with experience in tendering, variations, and contract administration. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability work well in a collaborative team environment, skills that will enable you to successfully manage internal stakeholder expectations.
