What You will Bring
- A minimum of 4–5 years post-graduate experience as a Contract Administrator
- Strong experience delivering complex new build Design & Construct projects, fit-outs, and refurbishments valued at $10M+
- A degree in Construction Management (or similar)
- Early training through a cadetship with a reputable second or third-tier builder
- Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
