We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer who has mastered the full project lifecycle and is now ready to take ownership of project delivery. The Role
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and design coordination through to execution and final handover. Working across both site and office environments, you will play a key role in driving outcomes, managing teams, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

You are a Senior Project Engineer with experience in autonomously delivering civil projects across varying scopes and scales. Over the course of your career, you’ve gained a 360-degree understanding of the project lifecycle and have developed the leadership qualities necessary to take charge of full project delivery.

- Leading all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to specification
- Coordinating on-site construction activities and managing engineering teams
- Ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and safety standards
- Developing strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Conducting regular QA and HSE inspections, and ensuring site compliance
- Preparing project documentation including Work Method Statements, ITPs, and risk assessments
