The Role
Working closely with the management team, this leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to significantly impact the growth strategy of the business. You will display a commitment to and show leadership in safety, quality, and industrial relations compliance across the site. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to manage project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving all project objectives. We are looking for a driven Project Manager who displays a forward-thinking attitude and demonstrates positive leadership capabilities.

The key to success in this role will be your ability to foster strong working relationships at all levels, as you lead a highly engaged and committed team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Demonstrated project management experience across a wide range of commercial construction projects between $20-$50M will hold you in high regard. As you will be leading a team that is full of highly skilled and motivated individuals, strong leadership skills and a high level of understanding and appreciation for safety is a must. It is essential that you have an open and collaborative style that allows you to build strong working relationships with clients and trade partners.
