Valuing their staff and encouraging progression, they are now looking for an additional Project Manager to join and lead their impressive concrete team.
The Role
As their newest Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a varied range of projects, including large-scale and complex structural concrete works. Your extensive knowledge of structural solutions and its varied range of applications will see the delivery of increase yields and reduced slab joints that will fast-track the construction process and reduce the cost of foundations and formwork. You will use sustainable best practice methodologies, first-class systems, and innovative technology to improve the integrity of structures – where attention to detail is crucial. As a natural leader, this opportunity gives you the ability to lead and motivate your team whilst managing their performance and being responsible for the development and mentoring of the project team.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
Civil or building construction background in a Project Manager/ Project Engineer role
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Working on projects from $5M - $10M
Strong experience in concrete works is a must
Strong understanding of project control
Managing multiple projects at one time
