Receptionist / Administrator

An award-winning, high-end residential builder renowned for building architecturally brilliant homes is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their close-knit team. The Role
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients entering the office as well as providing administration assistance to different areas of the business. You will become a vital member of the team, ensuring efficient administration procedures are used to underpin key outcomes. This is a rare opportunity that will provide flexibility with hours, with the ability to work within school hours, (full-time or part-time hours for the right candidate. A diverse role, you will manage a range of tasks including managing front of house, document formatting, client liaison, report generation and basic accounts.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ previous experience working in an Administration or Reception role

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Xero highly regarded.

  • The desire and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Polished personal presentation and communication skills

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service

  • High level attention to detail and the ability to juggle a varied workload

  • Experience in the building industry will be highly regarded
