We are excited to be partnering with one of Adelaide’s boutique real estate agencies to employ a corporate and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. Our client is passionate about providing premium residential property services and ensuring a seamless and successful process for their clients and customers.
 
As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the brand ambassador, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for a team who are bringing a customer-centred approach to real estate. If you are ready to take charge of your real estate career, this is a great opportunity to become an office all-rounder.
 

The Role
We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join a high performing team. You will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and support the residential sales process workflow in administration activities.
  • Reception duties including taking all incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients;
  • General residential sales administration, including coordinating property advertising, photography, copywriters;
  • Support with social media marketing and brand promotion initiatives;
  • Liaise with stakeholders including conveyancers, suppliers and the internal team.
