This role will suit a self-motivated and confident individual looking to take on an opportunity to broaden their administration skillset, becoming a pillar of support in a fast-paced al environment. Your welcoming and professional attitude will be imperative when building rapport with clients. Providing administrative support to the Director, HR manager and the wider team, this role will involve varied tasks with no two days the same.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service at front of house, including responding to face-to-face phone and email enquires
- Assisting in day-to-day operations of the business, and ensuring office supplies are maintained
- Ensure the internal database is always maintained & up to date, including digital record keeping and data entry
- Coordination and organisation of functions and team events
- Collating agendas for meetings and minute taking

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, along with previous experience in a reception or administration role. Experience working within the construction industry or similar will be highly regarded.
