Based in the East End of the Adelaide CBD, our workplace is dynamic, supportive and collaborative – the perfect environment for a recruitment professional to thrive in a long-term role and progress their career. 

The Role
The role of Recruitment Consultant at ROUSSOS involves working closely with the team of a specialised industry, providing leadership to an established Recruitment Coordinator / Senior Recruitment Coordinator across your portfolio. This is an opportunity to elevate your career in a role that plays a key part in helping shape peoples’ careers and strategically sourcing the right people for our client partners. You will work closely with all members of the ROUSSOS team, including the Director, within an environment that encourages communication, collaborative working, and new ways of thinking. You will keep the growth of the business at the forefront of daily activities and be able to recognise potential opportunities for growth. A key part of this role is to liaise with clients and hold responsibility for talent acquisition whilst ensuring ROUSSOS attracts and selects the highest quality employees for our client partners. 
About You
We are looking for someone who is efficient, decisive and forward thinking in their approach. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and showcase capabilities to manage your own portfolio / technical desk. You will be someone who enjoys working in an outcome focused environment and can work independently under tight deadlines. We are an upbeat, energetic team, so you will need to bring with you a can-do attitude and positive energy that radiates through the entire ROUSSOS team. We are looking to hear from people who are highly organised, reliable, adaptable and demonstrate the ability to think on your feet.
