ROUSSOS Recruitment is the leading recruitment specialist for the Construction – Civil and Building, Engineering, Architecture and Property industries in South Australia.We have an opportunity for a recruitment professional to join our technical and professional division working across both local and national roles.

The role
As a Recruitment Consultant at ROUSSOS, you will find recruitment solutions for our clients, fostering key relationships and matching candidates with their perfect employer. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role will see you nurture and grow your client base, through business development, growth strategies and building your personal brand. Working with diverse, high calibre clients, you will take part in leading one of the biggest portfolios here at ROUSSOS as well as the ability to grow other portfolios. You will source new candidates through phone screening and conducting interviews, handling the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting through to offer stage.

Key areas of responsibility include:   
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition 
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, networking events and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Enhance the organisation's employer brand by promoting its values, culture, and employee value proposition
  • Consistently building your personal brand collaborating with our in-house marketing team
  • Strategic Business Development
The ideal candidate
This opportunity will suit experienced recruiters, or a recruitment leader looking to develop ownership of a business unit and drive its overall performance and growth. Supported by your Director, you will be provided with all the guidance, training, and tools to succeed in your role. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, effective sourcing techniques and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
