The Role
Joining our team in a Relationship Manager role, you will play a key part in helping shape people’s careers, as well as strategically sourcing the right people for our clients and their business’s. We have fostered a collaborative and high performing culture with a team who are aligned with business objectives, working both independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals together. Communication is always number one, and that is no different in this role-you will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively as you will be liaising with clients and candidates daily. A background in HR and/or Recruitment is not essential for this role but to be successful you will love providing an exceptional level of service and regular updates to both our jobseekers and client partners. We are a forward-thinking recruitment partner who is always ahead of the game in everything we do, so be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
