As this leading South Australian developer-builder continues its strategic growth, ROUSSOS is excited to partner with them to find a Project Coordinator. This is a standout opportunity to work across a variety of medium-density residential and townhouse projects, as well as select mixed-use developments, in a company known for its integrated approach to construction and development.
With a strong portfolio spanning commercial, residential, education, health, and industrial sectors, this role offers you the opportunity to play a key part in the successful delivery of high-quality residential and medium-density projects as part of their dedicated residential team.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring all phases of the build are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full project lifecycle from design through to handover
- Coordinating the planning, design, and approvals process
- Managing scope, timelines, and assisting in the development of project schedules
- Handling tender processes and playing a key role in contract administration
- Running meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensuring clear communication between all project participants
- Promoting a strong culture of safety and compliance on-site
You will ideally hold a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, along with proven experience working across residential or medium-density projects in roles such as Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Design Coordinator, or Site Engineer.
