Residential Project Manager

We are working closely with a developer builder that is relationship built and maintains a solid foundation of repeat clients. The team are looking for a Project Manager who has experience delivering medium-density projects within the commercial/ residential space, as you will be jumping onto on of South Australia’s largest residential developments. With a team of more than 30 employees locally and having just moved into a brand-new office in the Adelaide CBD, the work environment is vibrant, supportive and close-knit. Your New Role
As Project Manager, you will be reporting to the General Manager and the Project Director. Your excellent organisation skills will allow you to manage multiple aspects of related projects and ensure that the overall program is aligned to directly support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Produce construction projects on time and to budget

  • Oversee multiple projects from start to finish

  • Coordinate and program projects to a high standard

  • Identify, assess and manage project risks

  • Drive integration and implementation of operational-level projects

  • Develop and manage detailed schedules supporting commercial, functional and delivery work streams

  • Provide on-site leadership for the project team

  • Ensure the team is adhering to all responsibilities

In order to contribute to the successful delivery of this residential development, we would love to hear from Project Managers who have more than 5 years’ experience delivering medium-density projects and apartment builds within the commercial/ residential space. You will be confident in your ability to manage multiple challenging projects and have a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle. The right candidate will be passionate about construction and delivering projects to the highest quality. Demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities, paired with communication skills for developing stakeholder relationships, this is a unique opportunity for a PM to take their career to new heights!
