We have been engaged by one of Australia’s largest home builder’s to source a Site Supervisor to join their team. As a Site Supervisor, you will contribute to the growth of the business, joining a team who pride themselves on their ability to deliver a bespoke product.
The Role
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of unique built residential homes. Working across a variety of residential projects, where you will be supervising a driven team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, clients, and the community when required
- Organise project schedules and allocate resources
- Develop quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Exceed client expectations
Experience in a similar role with a recognised home builder, as well as trade qualifications in building, a current Building Supervisor License and White Card are essential for this role. Demonstrated ability to deliver unrivalled customer care is paramount and you are a seasoned communicator. This builder approaches each project with passion and believe in adding value to their business by engaging like-minded, dynamic construction professionals.
