We are excited to partner with one of SA’s most dynamic and fastest-growing land development companies in their search for their next Residential Site Supervisor! Beginning with a single plot of vacant land, this residential builder has now built a successful property empire operating across SA, QLD and NSW, though never forgetting their humble roots and family values. Specialising in residential urban properties and master-planned communities they have been experiencing continued success for over 15 years. Joining a team with a strong pipeline of works from private developers this business just continues growing, expanding the South Australian residential division.
The Role
This role will enable you to take charge and ensure the efficient operation of your projects. This is a client facing role where you will be working on various construction sites, overseeing development and housing projects, ensuring your team works efficiently and that client expectations are met.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Organise project schedules and allocate resources
- Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames
- Understand building standards and promote WHS
- Exceed client expectations by going above and beyond
Experience in a similar role with a recognised home builder, as well as trade qualifications in building, a current Building Supervisor License and White Card are essential for this role. Demonstrated ability to deliver unrivalled customer care is paramount, so you will be a seasoned communicator. This builder approaches each project with passion and believe in adding value to their business by engaging like-minded, dynamic construction professionals.
