The Role
As Safety Supervisor, you will play a central role in strengthening on‑site safety culture and helping project teams deliver outstanding work safely and confidently. Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating site inductions, toolbox talks, audits, and proactive risk assessments
- Leading ICAM investigations and supporting timely, transparent reporting
- Guiding teams through best‑practice WHS processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Overseeing safety in complex environments including high‑rise, crane operations, and multi‑stage builds
- Acting as a trusted safety partner to site leaders, subcontractors, and project teams
We’d love to speak with Safety professionals who thrive in a team‑oriented environment and are passionate about building positive site culture. Ideal candidates will bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Safety role within commercial construction
- Experience in apartments or crane/high‑risk operations (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and risk management
- Certificate IV in WHS (minimum) with additional qualifications welcomed
- ICAM or incident investigation capability
- Genuine and personable communication skills with a collaborative approach to influencing safe outcomes
