You should have proven experience in business development, real estate, consulting, or a related field. Your strong sales and negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will see you succeed in this position. We are interested in your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and draw on your results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude. Strong organisational and time-management skills are important, and knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus but not required as we are here to help you grow.
