The Role
  
This Sales Associate role will see you provide assistance to the Sales Consultants in all aspects of the sales process, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service. For the right candidate, this opportunity could offer career progression into a Sales Consultant role. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Provide team support throughout sales and settlement processes
  • Adhere to contract management systems and procedures
  • Manage customer enquiries, client follow up and stock management
  • Ensure contracts of sale are correct and accurate
  • Report on activity, issues, competitor releases and trading numbers
  
The Like Mind
  
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience as a Sales Associate and demonstrate confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Excellent interpersonal skills will be key, as you soundly negotiate and influence sales. A real estate license will be highly regarded; however not essential. Contract preparations knowledge and experience will assist you in complying with relevant standards. Ideally you will have high attention to detail and strong time management skills, allowing you to meet required timeframes.
