The Opportunity
  
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a leading property development company working across high-profile residential communities in South Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate or property development within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  
As part of the sales team, you’ll support the delivery of sales targets and help ensure a seamless customer journey. From enquiry to settlement. You’ll also assist with marketing activities, presentation of sales offices, and internal reporting, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  
The Role
  
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales office, including:
  • Assisting with preparation and completion of sales contracts
  • Providing frontline customer service during open hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Supporting marketing efforts including brochures, signage, display materials, and online listings
  • Contributing to project reporting, budgeting, and competitor analysis
  • Ensuring display homes and sales offices are maintained to high presentation standards
  • Championing the use of our CRM and maintaining accurate client data
  • Liaising with builders, conveyancers, marketing, and legal teams
The Like Mind
  
You’ll have at least two years’ experience in real estate, home building, or property development, and ideally hold a Real Estate Registration Certificate or License.
  
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with a range of people. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools like CRMs. A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle are essential. Above all, you bring a proactive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for property.
