As a high-end residential home builder in Adelaide, Medallion Homes specialise in delivering exceptional custom home designs. With all designs completed in-house, they also have a strong reputation in the market for delivering homes on time and on budget. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for design to join a well-established home builder and make a meaningful difference to each client’s journey.
The Role
The Selections Consultant will collaborate with clients across project lifecycles, serving as a crucial link between design and project teams whilst providing regular project progress reports. Responsibilities include coordinating with all departments and materials suppliers to ensure alignment of décor ideas with overall project objectives, transforming them into strategic deliverables and outcomes. Additionally, you will work with external stakeholders and suppliers to manage and consistently update electronic project files, building and finishes documentation, as well as call-up schedules.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you will need to have 2+ years’ experience in the same role or similar. You will demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new situations. Sound knowledge of interior design combined with experience in digital project administration programs and systems will be highly regarded. You will showcase your initiative, prioritisation and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are crucial in this role. This person will bring positive energy to the team, have a professional presentation, a problem-solving mind, ability to remain calm under pressure and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
