The Role

This studio is offering a project delivery role, managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff across a diverse scope of projects. operating with a co-design and design-led process, which feeds into their inclusive culture and gives all involved a sense of ownership of each project. The Like Mind
We are looking for someone with the right attitude who can take charge and inspire the most value from their team. You must be registered, with previous experience in a Senior Architect role and a minimum of 7+ years’ experience within the Australian market. Proactive, approachable, and passionate personalities thrive in this environment with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships. Proficiency in Revit is a must, as is a positive communication style to ensure project outcomes exceed expectations. You will join an open and positive working culture with a team who encourages their employees to be their best, developing their careers for the long-term.
