We are collaborating with a national architecture studio to source a Senior Associate/Principal Architect for their Adelaide team. With a scope of projects spanning retail, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments, this is an opportunity to take the lead on nationally recognised projects within a local studio. The Role
Reporting to and supported by interstate leadership, this senior role will see you run a small studio as part of a larger practice, build and strengthen existing client relationships and mentor your junior team. With significant and nationally recognised projects in the pipeline, your role will be hands-on across external stakeholder management and contractors for project delivery. Offering variety and challenge in their project scope, you will be empowered to take ownership of the design process and outcome on some of South Australia’s most exciting upcoming projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware Senior Associate / Principal Architect to put their mark on this local office, with support and flexibility implemented nationally.

To be considered for this role, you will be a Registered Architect with demonstrated experience in a similar role, leading a small to medium sized team. As this is a senior leadership role, someone who thrives as a mentor and is approachable, passionate, and knowledgeable will succeed in this role. Documentation and Revit experience is a must to be able to support and assist your team. You will have strong communication skills and someone who enjoys taking on a challenge.
