The Opportunity
- Lead high-end, bespoke residential projects from concept through to completion
- Act as a primary client contact, guiding private clients through the design process
- Provide design leadership, technical oversight, and mentorship within the studio
- Collaborate closely with the Director on design direction, resourcing, and studio planning
- Contribute to a studio culture that values quality, restraint, and architectural integrity
- Registered Architect (or eligible), with strong experience in premium residential architecture
- Confident leading projects end-to-end within a boutique studio environment
- High level of technical capability; Revit experience essential
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional client-facing manner
- Design-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative in your leadership style
